Old software CD for PC5500

Hello,
I have a problem with my VDO PC5500 unit. I did update from 9.4x software to 9.8 and after that, the message shown "one or more navigation features are defective". Now, no maps are working and no Navi-ID in C-IQ menu.
Could someone help with the older software like MO5594 or MO5595?

Yes, I did - MO 5712 software CD.

I assume that you already have tried to upgrade again with the same MO 5712 CD, but that you did not succeed in loading it?

In that case I do fear that you have a serious problem with your Reading-unit.
And thus that loading an earlier version will not be succesfull as well.

Where do you live?
I would have an original older version 9.5 or 9.7 here, so you could try it at my place, but I don't want to send it.....

Yes, I tried several times, but with no success (System is up to date).

There is no possibility to make an image of this CD? Well, I can say, I have nothing to lose now .

P.S. I was looking in Diagnosis menu, and there are no errors (I've found similar topic and everyone had some errors).

I'm afraid I cannot make an Image of the CD's, as is it is Copyrighted....

Yeah, I've already got it and after this update everything went down :/. If anyone has some source to buy an older software - it would be great.

I do have the MO 5595 SR, which in fact is SW 9.7. Of course it is the Original CD
You can lend it from me, but it shall be returned after you used it. Details have to be arranged by PM.

Did you look into the Diagnoses before you started the upgrade?

Upgrading to a new version implicates erasing the memory of the system, so when you looked after the upgrading, it will be empty indeed.
For that reason I always look into the Diagnoses before an upgrade. And in case there are (too) many HW1 ERROR's, I hesitate to upgrade.
